WizarPOS Retail Solution
1. Function Overview
WizarPOS terminal retail app is a retail cashier system for Android terminal. It is used in retail stores. The main functions provided by the system are as follows:
Goods
Merchants upload various types of goods in the merchant portal and save all products in the product list. When customers shopping, the waiter scans the barcode of the goods to checkout.
Promotions
Merchants can set up various types of marketing activities through the merchant portal, including discounts, full discounts, special offers, points malls, coupons for consumption and other activities, which can provide a better shopping experience.
Membership
Each retail merchant can recommend the merchant's online store to the customer through links or QR code. Customers scan the QR code to register and become a member of the merchant. The staff can use the terminal to recharge the balance. The member's balance can be used at checkout. Members can receive coupons for consumption, which can be deducted when making purchases.
Payment
Retail APP support cash, bank cards, membership cards, membership coupons and other payment methods.
Points
Merchants can configure points redemption activities in the merchant portal, such as 100 points redeeming a bottle of Coke, 200 points redeeming a pack of snacks, etc. The waiter uses terminal to scan the customer's redemption code and redeem the product for the customer.
Chain stores
If a merchant has multiple stores, it supports the chain store function. Customers can register as a member at any store under the merchant. The membership balance can be used across all stores. The membership coupons obtained through consumption can also be used at any store.
2. Login
Please check the email of the merchant’s account. For accounts with operator roles, enter the merchant ID, username, and password to log in to the app. Check auto login will let you automatically log in next time.
3. Home
The search bar allows you to search for products.
Scan function support 3 types of code:
1.Product barcode
2.Membership QR code
3.Pickup code
Stuff can place pending orders (unchecked orders are temporarily suspended), membership identify.
Click the Scan icon to scan the barcode of the product package with terminal and add it to the product list.
4. Pending Order
The cashier can temporarily held the orders, for customers who want to postpone the checkout, so that the next customers can checkout first, and then select unchecked orders from the pending order list to perform checkout operations.
5. Checkout
Click Check out on the home page to enter the checkout page. You can use cash or bank cards to pay.
Identify Membership
The customer can present the membership QR code before checkout. The cashier clicks Membership to identify the membership, and the current member's info and balance will be displayed. At this time, the membership card icon and coupon icon will be available at checkout page. Checkout supports multiple payments with any payment method.
Note: Only one coupon can be used at checkout.
6. Search
You can search for products at the top of the homepage. By manually entering part of the product name or barcode number.
7. Online Order
Click Online order on the left menu to enter the mall order page. You can view the orders to be shipped, shipped, pending payment, completed, and canceled. The orders are divided into delivery and self-pickup. You can enter the order details. Click Delivery. For self-pickup orders, customers can show the delivery code, then scan the code to quickly locate the order and perform delivery operations.
For shipped orders, you can view details and reprint the order receipt.
8. Member
Click Gift card on the left menu to enter the member identification page. You can identify members by scanning the QR code and entering the membership card number manually..
After the identification is successful, you can check the members info such as membership number, balance, and other information. Customer can recharge their membership card with cash or bank card. Also, can check the member's transaction history and the member's coupons.
9. Points Mall
Click Points on the left menu to enter the points redemption function. Items currently redeemed and to be redeemed will be displayed. The cashier can use the scan function to scan the customer's points redemption QR code to redeem items.
10. Sales Report
Click Sale report to enter the sales report, which displays the sales summary of the day. Click Print to print the report receipt.
11. Product Categories
Click Goods & Categories to enter the category list. Click a category to enter the product list under that category. You can view product prices and de tails, add products, and edit and delete products.
Click + to add new products.
12. Sales Order
Click Sales Order to view all sales orders. Click on an order to view details. For sales orders, you can refund the order. After entering the manager password, you can perform refund operations.
13. Inventory Manage
Click Inventory Manage to enter warehouse management.
Click Stockin to enter the stock in process. You can scan the QR code and manually select the product. After confirming, the process is completed.
Click Stockout to enter the stock in process. You can scan the QR code and manually select the product. After confirming, the process is completed.
Click Inventory to enter the inventory count page. You can scan the QR code and manually select the product, then enter the inventory quantity of the product, and complete the count process.
Click Stock query to enter the inventory query.
Click Stockin query to enter the stockin query. The list displays all stockin orders. Select a stockin order to enter and query the stockin details.
Click Stockout query to enter the stockout query. The list displays all stockout orders. Select a certain stockout order to enter and query the stockout details.
Click Inventory query to enter the inventory query and display all inventory orders. Click to view the details of a certain inventory order. You can also filter the inventory orders within a certain time period based on time to view.
14. Parameter settings
In the parameter setting page, you can view the quantity of the current order receipt. You can turn on/off message notifications. After turning it on, the order placed by the customer in the mall will be notified to the handheld retail store. You can clear the cache and data below.
