WizarPOS Catering Solution
1. Function Overview
WizarPOS Smart ECR Catering is a professional ordering system based on Android devices, providing efficient services and convenient ordering experience to catering merchants. The system has the following functions:
1. Menu
The merchant uploads various types of dishes, hot dishes, cold dishes, Western food, dim sum, snacks, etc. And displays all the dishes in the menu. When ordering, the dishes can be customized according to the specifications, tastes, methods, and toppings.
2. Promotions
Merchants can set up various types of marketing activities through the merchant portal, including discounts, full discounts, special offers, points malls, coupons for consumption and other activities, which can provide great dining experiences.
3. Membership
Each catering merchant can use the table QR code or takeout QR code to allow customers to scan the QR to register and become a member of the merchant. The waiter can use terminal to recharge for the members, and the member balance can be used when order and pay. Members can get coupons through consumption.
4. Payment
Handheld ordering can support cash, bank cards, membership payment, membership coupons and other payment methods.
5. Points
Merchants can configure goods for exchange in the merchant portal, such as 100 points to exchange for a bottle of Coke, 500 points to exchange for a dish. The waiter uses a terminal to scan the customer's redemption code and redeem the goods for the customer.
2. Login
If you want to log in to the terminal, you need to enter the merchant ID, username and password.
The merchant ID is when the service provider onboarding the merchant. An assigned merchant ID can be obtained from the email after the merchant is successfully onboarded. At the same time, the merchant administrator account and initial password will be given. The merchant administrator must log in to the merchant backend for the first time, change the initial password, and create an operator account in System Settings -> Account Management. The created operator account can be used to log in to the terminal catering application.
Note: The administrator account of the merchant received by email cannot be used to log in to the terminal application.
Enter the MID, username, and password, and click Login to enter the homepage.
3. Home
The home page is divided into three areas, function area on the left, display area in the middle, and the checkout area below.
The function area has the following functions:
Dine-in, reservations, reports, membership, points, takeout, notifications, menu management and settings.
4. Dine-in
The merchant clicks on the dine-in to choose the table, and the table displays the table name, maximum customer and status. The table status is divided into free and dining. The table is set in the merchant portal. Click the table to enter the menu.
In the menu, you can select dishes according to the category of the dishes, and you can choose the specifications, tastes, toppings, and methods of the dishes.
Select dishes and dish specifications to add to the ordering list on the right. You can view the selected dishes in the ordering list, and support modify dishes. Click Remarks below to fill in the remark information.
Click Order to place an order. The table status changes to dining, the printer print receipts and kitchen receipts, and the kitchen prepares dishes according to the order.
Select the table and click the dining button on the lower right to jump to the ordering list. On this page, waiter can modify dishes .
Select the dining table and click the bill button to jump to the payment. The cashier displays the payment amount, taxes, discount information on the total order amount, etc. You can choose the payment method, such as split payment (multiple payments), and the customer selects the tip ratio or directly enters the tip amount.
Click on the number of people to split the order, up to 10 orders; click on the tipping ratio, the default is 10%, 15%, 20%, which can also be customized in the system settings.
Payment methods include cash payment, bank card payment, membership payment or other payment. Among them, bank cards need to be connected to payment channels, and membership payments need to identify membership QR code. Click on the lower right corner for member identification.
After identifying the member, you can choose a membership card or coupon to pay. You can also use other payment methods customized by the merchant to record other types of transactions.
After a success payment, you will be redirected to the home page, the table will be changed to idle, and the label machine will print the receipt.
5. Reservations
Click Book to enter the table reservation list. The page can manage customers' reservation table information. Make reservations for customers based on table. Reservation information includes date, reservation time, number of diners, etc.
6. Reports
Click the report menu, and the page displays business reports, sales orders, today's summary and tip reports. These reports are summary queries that can query order information based on time period and type.
6.1 Sales Reports
The business report displays the revenue, discounts, refunds and other information of the day's business, and supports printing of business report documents.
6.2 Sales Order
Sales reports can query order details based on time range and type.
Sales Orders display all online and dine-in orders.
Select an order and click to view details. In the pop-up window, you can view all the details of the order, and you can print or return the order. Refund requires entering the manager password, which is set in the merchant's portal.
After entering the password to perform the refund operation, a refund receipt will be printed.
6.3 Today’s Summary
You can view all the dishes sold today on today's summary page.
6.4 Tip Report
Click Tips Report to enter tip statistics. You can check the tip amount and number of orders based on employees and time.
7. Membership
Click the member menu to enter the member inquiry page. You can enter the member ID or scan the QR code. After identifying the member, its balance, number of points, and number of coupons will be displayed. You can recharge for the members, and you can also view recharge details and transaction details.
Click Recharge to enter the recharge page. The payment method supports cash and bank card. Enter the recharge amount. After the payment is successful, the balance will be credited immediately. Member accounts can also view coupons.
8. Points
Click the points menu to enter the points redemption function. The page displays the redemption records, including items used and to be used. The waiter can use the scanner to scan the customer's points redemption QR code to redeem items.
9. Delivery
Click on Delivery to enter the takeout list. The page displays two lists of picked up and unpicked meals. Select the unpicked meal list, click on the order and click on the lower right corner to pick up the meal, then the status of the order will change to Completed.
10. Queue
Enter the queuing page. On the page, you can check the queuing status of the table, such as the number of people at the table, waiting time, etc. The waiter can click the three icons in the list to perform voice announcements, customer dining and queuing invalidation. Click on the number transfer information at the bottom right to view the historical queue details that have expired.
Click the pick up number button, select the type of the table, and the terminal will print a receipt to the customer. Customers can use their mobile phone browser to scan the QR code on the ticket to check the queue information in real time to prevent passing the number.
After scanning the QR code, check the current dining queue status on your mobile browser.
11. Menu Management
The menu management page supports the operations of adding, modifying, and deleting dishes. You can modify the sold out status of a dish.
12. Category Management
In category management, you can create categories for dishes to make it easier to manage dishes.
13. Settings
Click the settings menu to enter the system settings page, which displays basic parameters, printing parameters, and other payment settings. The basic parameters display relevant information such as the current merchant number and merchant name. You can turn on or off the message notification function as needed, and choose whether to automatically receive orders. By default, these two functions are turned off. When turned off, you need to manually receive orders and print operations. When turned on, the terminal will automatically print new orders. Merchants can also set different tip ratios according to needs.
In the printing parameters, you can configure the parameters related to the back kitchen and front desk cashier printing.
Other payments are to configure payment methods other than mainstream payment methods.
14. Notification
In the notification menu, you can receive order notifications for customers' online orders on their mobile phones. The green icon represents a dine-in order. If a customer places an order but does not pay, they will receive a corresponding order notification and the waiter can click to take the order and print it. The yellow icon represents a takeout order. After the customer places the order and completes the payment, the order notification will be received in the message notification bar, and the waiter can click to take the order and print it. If the kitchen network printer has been configured , the kitchen receipt will be automatically printed.
