WizarPOS Retail Solution
1. Function Overview
WizarPOS retail online store is a mall system based on HTML5. Customer use mobile phone scan function to scan the online store QR code of the retail merchant to enter the mall for shopping or direct click the store URL. The system provides the following functions:
1. Goods
Merchants upload various types of products in the merchant portal and display all products in the product list. They can also select several of the products as hot-selling products and display them in the recommendation bar on the homepage.
2. Promotions
Merchants can set up various types of marketing activities through the merchant portal, including discounts, full discounts , special offers , points malls, coupons for consumption and other activities, which can better provide users with better shopping experiences.
3. Membership
Each retail merchant can recommend the merchant's online store to the customer through links or QR code. Customers scan the QR code to register and become a member of the merchant. The staff can use the terminal to recharge the balance. The member's balance can be used at checkout. Members can receive coupons for consumption, which can be deducted when making purchases.
4. Payment
Retail online store membership card balance, bank cards, coupons and other payment methods.
5. Points Mall
Merchants can configure points redemption activities in the merchant portal, such as 100 points redeeming a bottle of Coke, 200 points redeeming a pack of snacks, etc.
6. Chain stores
If a merchant has multiple stores and supports the chain store function, you can switch to the store list on the mall page, view all stores under the merchant, and then enter one of the stores for shopping in the mall.
2. Login
Customer need to register as a member to log in for the first time.
Enter email address and password. After successful registration, you can log in with your registered email address and password.
If you forget your password or want to reset it, you can click Forgot Password to reset your login password.
3. Home
After successfully logging in, the product recommendation images and lists displayed on the homepage can be set in the merchant portal. You can quickly find the products you want through search. Click on the product list below to see all products. You can also click on Me to view personal information status.
4. Product Categories
Click Menu to see all the product lists. You can also quickly find products through search, and you can also click on the sort order to arrange the products. For example, click on the price, and the products will be presented from low to high, or from high to low. The category supports up to level 2. Click on the product to view the product details. The taste, price and other parameters of the product can be set in the background.
5. Shopping Cart
After you select the product, add the product to the shopping cart. You can choose delivery or self-pickup. To choose delivery, you need to enter your address, mobile phone number and other personal information before submitting the order.
After you select a shipping address and a shipping time, you can submit the order for checkout.
On the payment page, you can choose various payment methods such as membership card, bank card, etc. After a successful payment, wait for delivery or pick up at the store according to the method you selected previously.
6. Me
Click the avatar, you can fill in or edit your member information, such as mobile phone number, name, birthday, gender and other information. Click Confirm to submit, and the modifications are completed.
Click on the QR code icon. Your membership QR code will be displayed. With this membership QR code, you can show it to the terminal to recharge, identify membership, and other operations.
Click Me to enter my page, where you can see the user's own membership information, balance, points, membership coupons, membership codes, orders and other information.
Click Balance to view your member's balance. Click Recharge Record to view the member's recharge record. You can select a time to view the recharge record for a specific date.
Members can receive coupons after their purchase meets the amount set for the promotions. Next time when your purchase amount reaches a certain amount, you can use the coupon, the used coupon and Expired coupons will become invalid
Click ALL in My Order to enter my order list and view orders with pending payment, pending shipment, picked up, and completed status.
For unpaid orders, you can choose to cancel or pay. For orders that have been shipped, the customer can confirm receipt after receiving the goods and they will be converted into completed orders.
For completed orders, if you want to purchase again, you can click to view the details and place an order again.
If you want to know the merchant's information, you can click Store profile to view the merchant's profile, and click Store address to view the merchant's address.
7. Points Redeem
On Me page, click Points to enter the redemption page of the points mall. The products and points redemption displayed here are set by the merchant portal. You can click Redeem to use existing points to redeem the product. Click Exchange Records, you can see the redeemed products, click to apply, a QR code will appear, and then use the terminal to scan and redeem.
8. Store List
If a merchant has multiple stores, you can enter the list of all stores under the merchant on the homepage of the mall and switch stores for shopping.
