# Disable Bluetooth/Wi Fi

#### Purpose

* Customers may need to disable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on terminals for various reasons. Once disabled, these options will be removed from the settings menu.

#### Firmware Requirements

* Ensure the terminal's firmware version meets the following requirements:
  * Q1-4G: System Build Number should be 0824 or higher.
  * Q2A7: System Build Number should be 0708 or higher.
  * Q2: System Build Number should be 4110 or higher.
  * Q3: System Build Number should be 0851 or higher.

#### Configuration File and APK

* Request the appropriate configuration file and APK from WizarPOS.

#### Installation and Configuration

* Push the provided configuration file and APK to the terminal.

#### Disabling via TMS (Terminal Management System)

* To disable Bluetooth/Wi-Fi via TMS, ensure that the specified version of the Wizarview agent is installed on the terminal.
